President and Chief Executive Officer of Corn Belt Bank and Trust Company, serves the Trust Department as Investment Officer, guiding the investment portfolios of our many clients. He also provides guidance by serving as a member of the Directors Trust Committee.
Mr. Stark attended Western Illinois University where he obtained his Bachelors Degree in Finance with a minor in Agricultural Economics. Upon graduating in 1980, Mr. Stark joined Corn Belt Bank & Trust Company.
Mr. Stark participates in continuing education courses on an ongoing basis and has successfully completed all of the requirements for the highest designation available in the trust industry, Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). The CTFA certification is a nationally recognized designation for personal trust professionals who meet high standards established for skills, experience, and ethics. The CTFA certification process is administered by the Institute of Certified Bankers, a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association.
Mr. Stark has three children and currently lives in Pittsfield.


Sue McGee-Chiodini, Assistant Vice President & Trust Officer, has a wealth of knowledge and experience
in both the financial and insurance industries. Mrs. Chiodini has Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. She is licensed in the states of IL, MO, and IA.
As Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer, she is responsible for carrying out the directives of
the Board of Directors and the Directors’ Trust Committee. Mrs. Chiodini personally oversees the
growth and direction of the trust department; creating new relationships while preserving the valued
customer’s the bank currently serves.
Mrs. Chiodini attended Quincy University where she completed her Master of Business Administration in
2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1998. She is near the
completion of her three-year course of study in which she will earn the designation of Certified Trust
and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
